Nyaman Villas Location

Nyaman Villas is located at the south of the island in Seminyak, a cosmopolitan area surrounded by some of the most fabulous boutiques and dining spots in Bali, the best delis, antique shopping and spas. Nyaman Villas is tucked-away in a peaceful area, yet are only moments away from the fashionable district of the Oberoi Hotel, The Legian Hotel and the famous Kudeta. Security access ensures peace and serenity while being just steps away from the heart of Seminyak.

From the centre of Seminyak, a road bordered by splendid palm trees escorts you towards the residential district not far from the well known Oberoi Hotel. In this private setting one passes a guardhouse and then takes you into a wooded driveway leading to the luxury Nyaman Villas.

Nyaman Villas Accommodation

The central feature is an open-air lobby, just like a hotel, from which a pathway leads to the variety of Nyaman Villas. On the right of the lobby a wide pathway bordered by palm trees, elegantly illuminated at night, guides the guest to Nyaman Villas. Walking on stepping-stones over a water feature, the guest access to the lobby.

These villas with full hotel services consist of either 4 units of villa with four bedrooms and 2 units of villa with two bedrooms. There are total of 20 bedrooms. Both villas with two bedrooms can be interconnected to make a four bedroom adjoined villa, if necessary. The impressively large front doors of each villa are made of locally carved noble woods.

Nyaman Two Bedrooms

Summary of Nyaman Villas. Total area of each villa is 500 sqm including garden. Size of its private garden is 140 sqm. It has a private 75 sqm swimming pool. Its open style living area is spacious; the size is 75 sqm. Each bedrooms is sized of 25 sqm.

The building which completely opens onto the private garden has 2 bedrooms on either side of the large open living room – with its signature high ceiling and an American style fitted kitchen. Each bedroom of has a private semi open ensuite bathroom and a large dressing room of 10 square meters. Each villa is bathed in luminosity, thanks to large bay windows.

These contemporary villas of great comfort overlooks the private garden and its clear water swimming pool of 75 square meters. Nyaman Villas is children friendly as each pool has a shallow kid’s area.

As mentioned above, if required, both villas with two bedroom can be inter-connected to be a villa with four bedrooms via a sliding wall in the garden.

Interior decoration is a mix of sober style and timelessness. In the rooms as in the living room the furnishings with purified lines were designed to measure in gorgeous materials: leather, flax, sonoklin wood. These sober colour tones enhance the feeling of space, achieved by the blend of mole to beige, while passing by the green of gray. Each villa preserves its intimacy behind high and heavy carved wood door.

Enclosed around the swimming pool, each garden has a terrace with deckchairs, Balinese daybeds known as a Bale Bengong and an outdoor open-air shower.

Nyaman Villas Four Bedrooms

Summary of Nyaman Villas. Total area of each villa is 570 sqm including garden. Size of its private garden is 145 sqm. It has a private 92 sqm swimming pool. Its open style living area is spacious; the size is 75 sqm. Each bedrooms is sized of 25 sqm. Master Bedroom 162 sqm including terraces and master bathroom

Immediately upon entering Nyaman Villas, visitors enter a vast living room of 75 square meters that leads off to the first bedroom. Complimented on the one side by a fully equipped American fitted kitchen with a large countertop beautifully hand carved from local stone that opens up to the garden.

Opposite to the landscaped garden the second and third bedrooms are located with private dressing room of 10 square meters and a semi open-air bathroom. Once more the large bay windows give great luminosity and views to the garden and pool.

The dominant colours are mole – beige – natural cement and the omni presence of noble materials such as leather, flax, velvet bring a timeless elegance and an undeniable luxurious style: leather armchairs, table in ‘sonokeling’ wood.

The living room also serves as an art gallery exposing a collection of local works of art and craftsmanship. A contemporary staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom with a large parental extension with a great terrace and private bathroom.

The Master Bedroom including the terrace measures a total of 162 square meters. Under the high thatched roof of alang-alang -thatched roof- a large bedroom with an exotic wood parquet floor opens via sliding doors onto a private living room on one side and a large terrazzo floored bathroom on the other. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and two-person bathtub on a floor of white pebbles. Part of this bathroom is on an outdoor open-air the terrace.
